Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case by case basis.
If cancellation is necessary, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation on or before 30th December 2022 – a £200.00 administration fee per person will be retained.
From 31st December 2022 in case of cancellation full charges are applicable.

Registration will close by Friday 31st March 2023 and you are able to transfer the registration to another person up until this date. The modification can be made free of charge online via the BMF registration portal or by email (BMF@firstevent.co.uk). After this date, any changes can only be made via phone, with First Event, and, if permitted, will incur a £60.00 administration charge.
